You lose your ACA plan at 65. You are required to move to Medicare. And if you miss the enrollment window, you pay a penalty for the rest of your life. We have helped thousands of families in the Carolinas navigate this transition — and we will walk you through every step at no cost to you.
Every year, Medicare beneficiaries across North Carolina get calls from national call centers offering to "help" them switch plans. They do not know your doctors. They do not know your medications. They do not know your budget. They know their commission. And when your plan changes and something goes wrong — they are gone. We are not that. We are your neighbors. We were your ACA agent. And we will be your Medicare agent for life.
A stranger calls, rushes you through an enrollment, and switches your plan — often without explaining what changed. Your doctors, your drugs, your costs — all different. Nobody warned you.
Medicare has Parts A, B, C, and D. Supplements. Advantages. D-SNPs. Most people have no idea what they have or what it covers until they need it. By then it is too late to change.
Miss your enrollment window by even one month and Medicare adds a permanent penalty to your premium. It never goes away. Most people do not find out until they get their first bill.
We carry every major carrier in your area. We show you all of them. We match the plan to you — your doctors, your prescriptions, your budget. And we are here after enrollment, not just during it.
Brittany is ACA Marketplace and Medicare licensed, and she has personally completed over 50 Medicare enrollments in North Carolina. But what sets her apart is not a number — it is why she does this.
Nobody ever took the time to properly explain Medicare to Brittany's parents. They had coverage, but they did not understand what it covered, what it cost, or what benefits they were actually entitled to. They left money and benefits on the table because nobody sat down with them and walked through it.
"I will spend one hour with you. Two hours if that is what it takes. I am not in a hurry. I want you to leave knowing exactly what you have, exactly what it costs, and every benefit you are entitled to. That is what I wish someone had done for my parents."
